Our Mould Department contains wire cutting machine, electrical discharge machine and precision grinding machine. Also we are capable of making or repairing moulds, providing efficient customized service (slight changes available) for clients.
CNC department is established for fast proofing, simple modification of original products and small batch production, with the equipment of Cutting and Bending.
Stamping and tapping Department, the core department, is equipped with 60T, 150T, 160T, 200T a total of 20 stamping equipment which meets the 1U to 4U specifications of the chassis main part stamping. All staff in this department have working experiences for more than a decade and it guarantees our products both in qualities and quantities.
The main responsibilities of the Assembly Department remain assembling all kinds of accessories to form finished products. The workers have skilled abilities and serious working attitude, with more than 3 years of work experience. In addition, the assembly line operation and QC quality inspection, so that the products received by customers can reach the strict factory standards.
Our team will not only stay at the processing level, but also expand independent research and development and design with the prediction of future trend. Additionally, we strive to walk in the front of the manufacturing industry, and keep up with the industry development. Our research and development direction focus on hardware architecture, mold, backplane, PSU Cage, motherboard, etc.
This department is mainly responsible for electronic placement and manual soldering, so as to turn out server backplanes, cables and other server related accessories. And it's also responsible for products performance testing and products aging testing. This department is equipped with an SMT line including solder printers, chip mounter, and reflow soldering.
